I just found a new blog as I was looking for new recipes to try. It looks like a really good one for learning to prepare meals at home to save money. It had a great step-by-step instructions on how to make your own corn tortillas. Also on making your own salsa with canned tomatoes; I love fresh salsa. Check it out!

Free Movie Festival at Movies on TV

We have planned a fun-filled summer of select movies for kids and parents. Regal has proudly offered this free summer fun since 1991. Oh, did we mention that it’s FREE!
Selected G or PG movies start at 10:00am every Tuesday and Wednesday during the festival. Tickets and seating are first-come, first-served and are limited to theatre capacity.
The Free Family Film Festival is safe, lots of fun and a great way for kids to spend a weekday morning in the summer. Tickets for our 2010 Free Family Film Festival are exclusively available at select theatres’ box office on the day of the show.

Go to this blogsite: www.5dollardinners.com to get information on saving money and preparing low cost meals. I love these types of blogs as you get ideas on how to stretch your dollars further. Keep in mind that part of her math in calculating these meals is based on the deals she gets, for instance; she got spaghetti sauce for .37 cents on sale.
